Jonathan Routhier has been appointed as executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester. Routhier, who has nearly three decades of clinical and administrative leadership in behavioral health care and developmental disability service organizations, previously worked as executive director of Community Support Network in Concord and prior to that served as chief financial officer of West-Bridge.
