The LMC Groups, Manchester, has announced that Joey Allen, owner of Kings Worldwide Transportation, as its new CEO. In addition, Executive Director Sarah Gazi, a
certified association executive, has been named director of association
management for Association Command, a newly launched division of The

ENERGY
Phil Pfluger has
joined East Hampstead-based Neighborhood Energy of New England as
business development director. The firm works with businesses and
governments to reduce their energy costs through responsible and
environmentally friendly solutions.
Newark, N.J.-based Genie Solar Energy, a
developer designer and installer of commercial solar systems, recently
completed two rooftop solar installations in Hudson for Integra
Biosciences, a developer and manufacturer of
medical pipettes and other liquid handling and media preparation
applications including devices for Covid-19 testing. The two
installations total 572 kW and generate enough power to offset 844,000
kWh. The Switzerland-based Integra’s U.S. headquarters are located at
the Hudson facility.
BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS
The Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce has named Wendy Hunt as
its new president and CEO. Hunt, previously president and CEO of the
Greater Merrimack-Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce. She succeeds Kate
Luczko, who joined the Nashua chamber in December 2019.

B2W Software, a
Portsmouth-based provider of heavy construction management software,
recently presented its 2021 Innovation Awards to a group of contractors.
Vallencourt Construction and Mohawk Valley Materials shared the award
for Best ROI with the ONE Platform, B2W’s unified platform for
estimating and operations. Scott Westover, a longtime health plan
executive with payer, provider and regulatory experience in New
Hampshire, has joined Quest Analytics as senior vice president of
network and regulatory strategy. Most
recently, Westover was market president for AmeriHealth Caritas New
Hampshire, a Medicaid care management organization that administers
benefits statewide for Medicaid members.
CONSTRUCTION
North Branch Construction of
Concord has begun work on Bagdad Wood Senior Apartments in Durham. The
$6.5 million, 29,188-square-foot project will include a new three-story
addition, providing an additional 26 senior housing apartments, site
improvements, significant changes and additions to parking areas, and
renovations of existing common area spaces. Lassel Architects of South
Berwick, Maine, is architectural design firm.
Chris Prior, vice
president of indoor air quality at Eppingbased EnviroVantage, has been
named to the IICRC Consensus Body for the S530 Standard for Indoor
Environmental Assessment for Suspected Mold Contaminated Structures.
IICRC, the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration
Certification maintains the industry’s highest standards for the
inspection, cleaning and restoration of the built environment. Prior is a
certified mold inspector and certified mold remediation supervisor.
FINANCIAL SERVICES
Stephen Lubelczyk has
been named president of New England in addition to his responsibilities
as New Hampshire regional president. Lubelczyk joined NBT in 2014 and
has more than 38 years of
banking experience, including regional leadership roles at two larger
banks in New England. The bank recently opened two new locations in
Concord.
Jim Brown of
Rye has joined St. Mary’s Bank’s financial services division, St.
Mary’s Financial Services, as a wealth management advisor. Brown, who
has over 15 years of financial planning experience with nonprofit
organizations, institutions and foundations, most recently worked as a
director and financial advisor for DHK Financial Advisors in Portsmouth.
In addition, Christopher Moore of Manchester has joined St. Mary’s as
an associate financial advisor. A registered investment advisor, Moore
previously worked at Symmetry Financial Group and Fidelity Investments.
Merrimack County Savings Bank joined with Capital Regional Development Corp. and the U.S. Small Business Administration in
the financing of NH Sportsdome, an indoor training facility that opened
recently in Hooksett. The 80,500-squarefoot, air-supported, covered
single-field dome is available for rent for team fieldbased sports, such
as baseball, field hockey, football, lacrosse and soccer.
Renata Dragomaretski has
joined Primary Bank as a loan servicing specialist. Prior to joining
Primary, she served as a teller, customer service representative and
operations associate at Eastern Bank.
REAL ESTATE
Portside Real Estate Group, a
Maine-based real estate firm, has entered the New Hampshire market with
the opening of an office at 155 Fleet Street in Portsmouth. The new
location will be the firm’s first location outside of Maine. As part of
the expansion, they welcomed Adam Dean of Newmarket, managing broker of
the new Seacoast Division, who previously worked as a principal broker
at the Bean Group in Portsmouth.
Hugo Overdeput and Andrew Robbins of
Colliers’ Manchester office, have announced the lease of 3,800 square
feet at 3 Wall Street in Hudson to Astronaut Security Technologies.
Overdeput and Robbins represented the landlord, Chartwell Properties
LLC, and assisted the tenant. Astronaut Security is a security
engineering and technology firm, specializing in the design, maintenance
and security of network infrastructure.
NAI Norwood Group has
announced the sale of Hudson Self Storage in Hudson for $4.8 million.
The facility, which was sold to an institutional buyer, has 39,825
square feet of net rentable space and 321 units. Joseph Mendola of NAI
Norwood and the Argus Self-Storage advisor for northern New England, represented the seller and assisted the buyer in this transaction.

Family nurse practitioner Tara Moore has joined Families First, the community health center in Portsmouth, as a primary care provider. Collaborative Anesthesia Partners has partnered with Huggins Hospital in
Wolfeboro to provide a comprehensive pain clinic, an interventional
management program that uses a number of treatments to address chronic
and acute pain.
Bowman Place at Olde Bedford, a
new senior living community in Bedford, opened its doors to new
residents on March 15. Bowman Place is a 95,000-square-foot, three-story
building with 105 apartments, including 69 luxury assisted living
apartments and 36 apartments amenities include a café/pub, activity
rooms, library/reading room, fitness room, a creative art studio, game
rooms and other common area spaces.

Attorney Jim Kerouac, a
shareholder of Bernstein Shur, has been elected as a fellow of the
American College of Real Estate Lawyers. He is one of two attorneys in
New Hampshire who currently holds the designation and the only attorney
in the state to hold dual fellowships in both the American College of
Real Estate Lawyers and the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.

The Currier Museum of Art and the city of Nashua are collaborating on “Creative Union,” a communitycentered art project that highlights the city’s diverse community, history and spirit.
“Creative Union” is the vision of Elisa H. Hamilton, a multimedia artist who creates inclusive artworks that emphasize shared spaces.
Community Volunteer Transportation Company, Keene,
has received a 2020 Spirit of Excellence Award for Nonprofit of the
Year from the former Greater Peterborough Chamber of Commerce. It was
recognized for having made a significant contribution to the overall
health and livability of the Monadnock Region by improving the economic,
medical, educational or financial health of all individuals who live in
or visit the region.
Elm Grove Companies, Manchester, has donated a total of $20,000 to several Queen City nonprofits to
bolster programs impacted by the pandemic. The organizations are
Manchester Proud, the Manchester Police Athletic League, The Boys and
Girls Club of Manchester, Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Hampshire, The

Manchester-based Moore Center, which provides programs and services for

Girls Inc. of New Hampshire will host its annual Fuel Her Fire auction virtually on Friday, April 16.

Absolute Title, which
has locations in Bedford, Concord and Portsmouth, has created a
memorial fund in honor of BJ Cirnigliaro, the company’s senior vice
president and one of its first employees, who died last year. The BJ
Cirnigliaro Memorial Fund, administered by the NH Charitable Foundation,
has been launched with $125,000 in seed funding from Absolute Title and
will support suicide prevention programs, animal shelters and humane
societies, and mental health, LGBTQ and home ownership support

been established as a new New Hampshire nonprofit whose mission is to
address the need for a residential treatment center for pregnant and

The H.L. Turner Group Inc., Concord,
has established the Turner Group Scholarship, which will support New
Hampshire high school seniors looking to pursue secondary degrees in
architecture and engineering.

firm will award one $1,000 scholarship to a senior already enrolled in
an architecture program and one $1,000 scholarship to a senior enrolled
in an engineering program beginning in the fall 2021 semester. For more

a $45,000 grant to support the organization’s work in providing care to
pregnant and parenting women who are trying to maintain their sobriety.
Proceeds from the grant will fund a fulltime certified recovery support
worker.
The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester has
been awarded $400,000 by the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Services Administration to support local suicide prevention efforts
through government funding legislation that was passed by Congress and
signed into law in December.
TRANSPORTATION
John Cail, senior
vice president of Merchants Fleet’s Merchants Mobility unit, has been
named a 2021 “Pros to Know” award winner from Supply & Demand Chain
Executive. The award recognizes executives whose accomplishments offer a
