WHAT: New Hampshire PBS, in partnership with New Hampshire Humanities, the Black Heritage Trail of New Hampshire and the Manchester Chapter of the NAACP present a screening and discussion of the new PBS documentary. The two-part series, hosted by Dr. Henry Louis Gates, Jr., reveals the broad history and culture of the Black Church and explores the African American faith communities on the frontlines of hope and change. This online virtual event will feature 30 minutes of the documentary followed by an interactive discussion moderated by Dr. Tricia Peone, public programs director at New Hampshire Humanities.

WHAT: You see someone bullying a person who looks as if he/she is not capable of handling the situation. What do you do? Many of us are seeking tools to respond effectively to such biased anger. This highly interactive training help you understand the roles in a variety of situations, understand what discourages us from acting when we see harm doing, understand how to move through this resistance to action. Facilitated by James McKim of Organizational Ignition, and Aron DiBacco, Granite State Organizing Project.
