This workshop will teach you how to use a simple instrument to focus on two key aspects of your business as well as other important components that will serve as the foundation for your business plan. The Business Model Canvas, a one-page, simple yet effective vehicle that has been taught at over 200 business schools across the country, enables a business owner to envision, test and confirm the critical elements of his or her business idea.
