WHAT: Rett’s Roost invites residents, visitors and businesses alike to join them on the beach for their fourth annual, family-friendly, costume-themed event at Main Beach during Ogunquitfest weekend. Rett’s Roost is an organization that supports families of children with cancer through psychosocial support and therapeutic programming, and this event will raise funds for their mission and honor the families in the pediatric cancer community.

NH INSURANCE DEPARTMENT’S 2023 ANNUAL HEARING ON PREMIUM RATES AND HEALTH CARE COST DRIVERS

A panel discussion will feature national leaders in health economics and price transparency: Marilyn Bartlett, CPA, Zach Brown, Ph.D., and Chris Whaley, Ph.D. Topics include: the economic impact of price transparency; demand side influences; supply-side effects; price transparency laws currently in place; policy options related to health care price transparency; state- and federal-level efforts; and the future of price transparency in the state and the health care industry as a whole.

There will be an art show, food trucks, street performers, a beer garden, zombie walk, train rides, live music, with activities such as the Runaway Pumpkin 5k/10k Run/Walk, Kid Zones, jack-o-lantern lighting, costume contests and more.
