NH’S GREEN STREETS USA ACQUIRED BY N.J. FIRM

Jersey City, N.J.-based Imperial Dade, a national distributor of food service packaging and janitorial supplies, has announced the acquisition of Green Streets USA Inc. of Nashua.

Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Jeff Weiss founded Green Streets USA company in 1991 and has grown the business into a distributor of food service, industrial and packaging supplies throughout New England.

The transaction is the 63rd acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, chair and CEO, respectively, of Imperial Dade.

RANSOMWARE ATTACK ‘CRIPPLING’ FOR SOME RESTAURANTS

NCR said it is making progress restoring services after a ransomware attack led to a data center outage that crippled its Aloha cloud-based services and Counterpoint applications used by restaurants across the nation, including many in New Hampshire.

Restaurants in New Hampshire and elsewhere across the country had not been able to process loyalty products, gift cards or, in some cases, online orders, for well over a week because of a ransomware attack on NCR/Aloha, a point-of-sale provider.

In a release announcing the attack, Attorney General John Formella said affected restaurants including The Copper Door, T-Bones, CJ’s Great West Grill and Cactus Jack’s — all owned by the Great NH Restaurants group — as well as The Beach Plum, 110 Grill, Giuseppe’s Pizzeria & Ristorante and The Galley Hatch.

The attack meant “crippling outtages” for restaurants, Tom Boucher, CEO and owner of Great NH Restaurants, told customers in an email.

RAMUNTO’S PUSHES KEENE RESTAURANT REOPENING TO AUGUST

Ramunto’s Brick Oven Pizza, the Claremont-based chain of pizza restaurants with locations in New Hampshire and Vermont, is pushing the reopening date of its new Keene location to Aug. 1.

The Keene Sentinel reported that the pizza restaurant was originally set to open on May 1 in the same building as Aspen Dental in the Riverside Plaza on Winchester Street.

The restaurant shut its doors at its Main Street location in January in preparation for the move.

The director of operations for Ramunto’s Keene location, Vito Adragna, told the Sentinel he and his team are still awaiting building permits from the city.

Adragna made the decision to relocate the restaurant from a multilevel building on Main Street to its new site, because operating the business on a single floor will make the business easier to run, he said.

ELLIOT SPECIALTY PHARMACY PARTNERSHIP

Shields Health Solutions, a national specialty pharmacy accelerator, is partnering with Manchester-based Elliot Health System to launch a new pharmacy program they say will meet the needs of patients with complex, chronic conditions. The program will increase access to specialized pharmacy services and is designed to lower costs, expand treatment options, enhance medication management and improve overall health, the two organizations said in a press release. The Elliot-Shields program will serve patients in clinics that focus on rheumatology, gastroenterology, neurology, pulmonology, oncology, endocrinology and family medicine. Under the program, specialty pharmacy liaisons will guide patients and caregivers who fill prescriptions with Elliot Health System and will work with patients on-site. The liaisons will assist patients and families with navigating barriers to care, such as health insurance prior authorizations or securing financial assistance, regardless of where they fill their prescription.
