Bill Stevens of Hooksett, president and owner of Harvey Construction Corp., has been named to St. Mary’s Bank’s board of directors. Currently serving on the Catholic Medical Center cabinet, Stevens is a member of the Manchester Country Club Finance Committee and NH Associated General Contractors Building and PAC Committee.
Bank of New Hampshire has promoted Melissa Williams to banking office manager at its Dover branch.
Williams began her career in banking in 1999 and joined Bank of New Hampshire in 2005 as a bank services representative.
Eleven New Hampshire professionals who work with homebuyers have been named 2023 New Hampshire Housing Homeownership Fellows. The program provides an opportunity to explore the mortgage finance system and participate in workshops about housing and public policy, housing and economic development, state government issues and New Hampshire Housing’s homeownership programs. St. Mary’s Bank recently created the 603 Account, a checking account where individuals can use their 603 Account debit card to make a purchase, and St. Mary’s Bank will donate $0.0603, up to $5,000, to select nonprofits, including NHSPCA, CASA of NH, Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests, and New Hampshire Food Bank. Individuals can choose the specific charity category to receive the donation, with charities rotating each year.
Elizabeth O’Brien has joined the team at Bank of New Hampshire as vice president, Bedford banking office manager. She brings over 20 years of experience managing sales and operations in the retail and banking industries to the role. The bank also promoted Deborah Greenwood to retail banking regional manager and will continue to serve as the firm’s vice president.
First Seacoast Bank has named Kevin Foley as the new vice president and director of retail banking and sales, working out of the bank’s Dover office to oversee branch administration, the mortgage loan division, and the bank’s business development and sales program.

Stacy Trites has been promoted to senior vice president, senior retail banking officer at Meredith Village Savings Bank. She will assume her new role in October, succeeding Marcus Weeks, who was recently named MVSB’s next president.
Savings Bank of Walpole recently welcomed Roy Graves to the firm’s residential lending team as a mortgage loan originator. He will be based in Rindge, where SBW’s seventh community branch is slated to open early next year.

Nathan Wechsler & Company, PA, has welcomed Robert Dudley to the firm as an associate. He holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Ashford University, and is currently pursuing a master of science in accounting at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). Brianna Sawyer has also joined the firm’s team as an associate. She holds a bachelor’s in accounting from SNHU and a master’s in professional accountancy also from SNHU.

South Burlington, Vt.-based PC Construction has named Weston Bashlor as its new director of business development. Bashlor has a 16-year construction industry background, working throughout the Southeast.

NH Businesses for Social Responsibility is launching “Bear in Mind: Workplace Mental Wellness,” a program designed to equip managers with the skills to have compassionate conversations with their employees about mental health, develop organization-wide practices to reduce stress, and manage and support a work-life balance. The organization has partnered with Full Spectrum Wellness, Dartmouth Health, the University of New Hampshire, The Richards Group to create a program of webinars, weekly stress management sessions and a wealth of wellness resources on their website. Laura Maynard, a paralegal in the Attorney General’s Office’s Environmental Protection Bureau has been named the recipient of the NH Bar Association’s 2022 Paralegal Professionalism Award, an award presented to the nominee “who best exhibits a high degree of professionalism; possesses an outstanding level of knowledge about their job; has motivation that exceeds expectations; is considered a role model for other paralegals; and promotes paralegal work as a profession.”

Manchester-based strategic growth and investment firm York IE has announced the launch of revenue operations services that it says are designed to help startups go to market and scale their sales more effectively by acquiring Jameson Strategies, a consultancy led by co-founders Craig Handy and Sebastian Silva, who previously worked at Shopify and Assent Compliance. Handy and Silva, who will lead the new services at York IE, bring with them a network of consultants and innovators in the areas of revenue operations, or RevOps, and go-to-market. Handy, now York IE’s director of revenue operations, or RevOps, and Silva, lead RevOps strategist, founded Jameson Strategies in 2018 to provide enterprisegrade, affordable RevOps expertise to growing businesses.

Amanda Reed has been named the new director of curriculum and instruction at the Regional Services and Education Center, which provides school districts in southern New Hampshire with high-quality educational and special needsfocused programs and services.
Spaulding Academy & Family Services has created a Training and Development group to support its Family Services team and ensure quality training standards campuswide. Team members who were promoted or hired into this new group include: Moss Hartwell, family services training coordinator; Kristin Cain, residential trainer; Liz MacLeod, residential onboarding specialist; and Devyn Vachon, training and human resources administrative assistant.

The Belknap Economic Development Council and the Wentworth Economic Development Corporation have partnered with the NH Community Development Finance Authority’s Community Navigator Program. The program is designed to reduce barriers to accessing critical resources for small businesses, with a focus on microenterprises, cooperatives and businesses in the early stages of development, owned by women, veterans, socially and economically disadvantaged, and underserved entrepreneurs. The program is funded by a $2.5 million grant from the U.S. Small Business Administration to the CDFA. Diana Holland, vice president of strategic pursuits at Merchants Fleet, has been selected as a recipient of the 2022 Women in Supply Chain award by Supply & Demand Chain Executive, which honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network.

Hudson-based cloud service provider Right Networks, which recently announced it has exceeded 250,000 subscribers, has named Michael Bird as the company’s first president, and Will Yapp has been promoted to chief revenue officer. Bird has over 20 years of experience, most recently at Dun & Bradstreet. Before that, he was CEO at NetProspex Inc. Yapp has overseen Right Networks’ sales and business development organizations since 2017.
Seacoast-based Helios Sports, Inc. has been selected as one of six companies worldwide to participate in a 14-week business development accelerator run by St. Louis-based Stadia Ventures. Winning companies will receive up to $100,000 investment from Stadia, a mentor team from top industry executives and resources to rapidly scale into their next chapter of growth.

Rob Lofland, vice president of corporate partnerships at Dover (Del.) Motor Speedway, is adding NH Motor Speedway in Loudon to his portfolio, including oversight of corporate partnership efforts, client management and partner retention. Both speedways are owned by Speedway Motorsports, Lofland will remain based in Delaware.

Mountain Valley Treatment Center, a nonprofit residential program in Plainfield for adolescents suffering from debilitating anxiety and OCD, has named Elizabeth Swan Underhill as its marketing director. She previously was director of marketing for HP Hood Inc.
Hanover-based Better Life Partners, a provider of substance use treatment throughout New England, has launched Responsive Care, an innovative medical program designed to close systemic gaps in care for people with substance use disorders. The program is currently available in Manchester at 1269 Cafe and is expected to be introduced in other communities in New England later this year through early 2023. Through Responsive Care, medical providers diagnose, treat and prevent a number of comorbid health conditions, including hepatitis C, sexually transmitted infections, skin rashes and infections, wounds and urinary tract infections.
Elliot Health System has added four new providers to its practices: Dr. Arathi Rajendra Komarla, a board-certified gastroenterologist and hepatologist, who joins Elliot Gastroenterology; Dr. Eric R. Jackson, a board-certified pediatrician, who joins Elliot Pediatrics at Bedford; Dr. Elena K. Rinehardt, a board-certified vascular surgeon, joins Elliot Vascular Surgery; and Dr. Jessica Niewodowski, board-certified in general surgery and surgical critical care, joins Elliot Trauma Surgery at Elliot Hospital’s Level II Trauma Center.

The American Heart Association in New Hampshire has named a new president and chair and welcomed three new members to its board of directors: board chair, Mark Dell’Orfanno, an energy, natural resources and corporate lawyer; board president, Michelle Ouellette, an interventional cardiologist with Catholic Medical Center; and members Sean Medhani, director of cardiology at New England Heart & Vascular Institute; Ryan Terrell, managing director at SOLVE Beauty Brands; and Vikas Veeranna, a cardiologist at New England Heart & Vascular Institute.
