Mechanical contracting firm DECCO Inc. has relocated its corporate headquarters to 1900 Southwood Drive in Nashua following a growth of over 30 percent in its office and field staff, said Kyle Reagan, owner and CEO. He said the firm, which has been serving the life sciences industry, is now looking to ‘develop new client relationships and explore new markets and geographies.’



The Health and Education Facilities Authority has partnered with RiverWoods, the nonprofit continuing-care retirement community company, on a renovation project at its location in Manchester. The $8 million, low-interest bond will allow RiverWoods Manchester to replace the roof and siding on the 203-unit facility, improve patios and balconies, renovate carports and modernize the kitchen. RiverWoods said it intends to complete the renovations with a phased-in approach over the next three years to limit disruptions.
