The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester has appointed Patricia Carty of Manchester as its next president and CEO. She will succeed William Rider, who announced his retirement from the post effective in April. Carty, who joined the MHCGM team in 1986, has held various positions throughout her tenure, including director of community support services from 2000 to 2015 and, most recently, as chief operating officer.
