1. The Foundation for NH Community Colleges has received a $1 million gift from Anna Grace and Paul Holloway to establish an endowed scholarship for students enrolled at the state’s community colleges in order to help provide them an entry point into higher education and enhanced opportunities. 2. Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB) purchased $25,000 in tax credits through the NH Community Development Finance Authority in support of the capital campaign for Hope on Haven Hill in Rochester, which provides gender-responsive residential, outpatient and recovery support substance use disorder services for pregnant, post-partum and parenting women in New Hampshire. 3. FedPoint has contributed $10,000 to the NH Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), whose mission is to advocate for patient safety and excellence in emergency nursing practice, and be the global emergency nursing resource and advocate for safe practice and safe care. The donation was made to recognize front-line healthcare workers during 9/11 up to today. 4. Best Buddies in New Hampshire — a nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, leadership development and inclusive living for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) — received a $20,000 Community Impact Grant from New York Life to support expansion of their school friendship programs, which matches students with IDD with a typical peer to promote inclusion throughout their school.



5. The Seacoast Board of Realtors donated $26,882 to Step Up Parents, an organization that offers financial assistance and support to relative caregivers in NH, who have stepped up to be surrogate parents to kids whose biological parents struggle with substance use disorder. The gift represents the Board’s fundraising efforts from events held last year, and was presented to the organization during the Community Outreach Committee Brunch in December. 6. Tanger Outlets in Tilton recently donated $9,000 to Concord Hospital in Laconia to benefit breast health patients receiving care in the Anderson Ganong Cancer Center. Funds were raised during Tanger’s 13th Annual TangerFit 5K Run/Walk and PinkCard Promotion in October. 7. Franklin Savings Bank provided $2.5 million in construction financing to assist with renovations to Deer Run, a 25-unit apartment complex located on Pleasant Street in Meredith. Construction will include several improvements to the building’s interior, including the installation of a sprinkler system and energy-efficiency improvements to include new windows, doors, insulation and siding.
