Dr. Karen M. Scolforo, past president of Castleton University in Vermont, has been named executive director of Reaching Higher New Hampshire, a nonprofit that serves as a public education policy and community engagement resource for New Hampshire families, educators and elected officials. Tom Rath, co-chair of the organization, said Scolforo “brings a distinguished, accomplished perspective that will enhance RHNH’s ability to make meaningful and insightful contributions to New Hampshire’s public education discussion.”
