ELLIOT HEALTH SYSTEM’S WALK FOR HOPE 2024

WHEN: Sunday, June 9, 8 a.m. – noon

WHERE: SNHU Campus, 2500 North River Road, Manchester

WHAT: The Walk for Hope’s route is 3.1 miles (5K), circling the SNHU campus twice. Ample parking is available on campus and marked upon arrival. The Walk will be put on rain or shine! The Walk supports the Solinsky Center for Cancer Care at The Elliot Hospital. This year, the hospital aims to raise $85,000.

COST: $10 per person; free for children under age 12, cancer survivors and volunteers

FUNDRAISER

FARMSTEADS OF NEW ENGLAND’S 16TH ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

WHEN: Monday, June 10, 12:30 – 6 p.m.

WHERE: Windham Country Club, 1 Country Club Drive, Windham

WHAT: Farmsteads of New England is holding its golf tournament on June 10, 2024, at the Windham Country Club in Windham, NH. Enjoyed by so many golfers throughout New Hampshire, they come and vie to win awards, such as the Longest Drive, Accuracy, Closest to the Pin, and 1st, 2nd, 3rd place awards and the biggest award: the Hole-in-One! In 2020 someone was the lucky $10,000 winner of the Hole-in-One. A nonprofit organization, Farmsteads is dedicated to empowering adults with autism and other developmental disabilities to live meaningful and satisfying lives in an inclusive farm environment. Farmsteads is still in search of sponsors for the tournament, with sponsorships available on the event page online.

Join us for the inaugural meeting where we’ll discuss the challenges and joys of being LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs. Share how you incorporate your identity into your business and what resources and connections you’d like to gain from joining a network like this.
