Last week, Primary Bank announced that Crystal Dionne has been appointed as president and CEO, with over 25 years of expertise in the financial services industry — eight of those years as a member of the Primary Bank team.

She previously served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer with the bank, but also has a background in state and municipal government 20 years prior to her entering the field. Dionne has also held presidencies in both New Hampshire and New England finance associations, and has worked in a variety of roles for multiple nonprofits, most recently as president of the Bedford Rotary.
