6TH ANNUAL CONCORD NH WINTER FEST
WHEN: Friday, Jan. 26 – Sunday, Jan. 28

WHAT: The Hotel Concord and Intown Concord are excited to announce Concord NH Winter Fest will be returning for its sixth year in a row! Enjoy ice-carving demonstrations and meet some of New England’s most talented ice carvers on Friday, Jan. 26 followed by an ice-carving competition and Concord NH Winter Fest on Saturday, Jan. 27 and Sunday, Jan. 28 from 11 – 4 p.m. This is an outdoor event, so be prepared for the elements. Weather permitting, there will be a free trolley service on Saturday to bring people back and forth to Black Ice Pond Hockey Tournament.

9TH ANNUAL CMAR ROTC CRUSADERS VS. BOSTON BRUINS ALUMNI

WHAT: Do not miss this event if you enjoy hockey and community events. This is an exhibition hockey game between the Boston Bruins Alumni and Cmar Scholarship ROTC Crusaders to benefit the Cmar Scholarship fund, presented by Davis Wealth Management. This event will be fun for the whole family. It is not just about the game; it’s about coming together as a community to support a great cause. The University of New Hampshire ROTC cadets will facilitate a 50/50 cash raffle alongside a raffle of locally donated items. Come support a worthy cause while watching the ROTC Crusaders (including local high school and college skaters) play the Boston Bruins alumni. All proceeds will go toward funding deserving UNH ROTC cadets.

WHAT: The Greater Manchester Chamber strives to ensure its members stay informed on the local level and have direct access to the government officials leading our city. Please join us as we host a “State of the City” Breakfast Forum presented by Dartmouth Health to hear from newly elected Mayor Jay Ruais. Mayor Ruais is expected to conduct a presentation of his priorities and goals for 2024, followed by a dynamic conversation with moderator Scott Spradling. Topics will include the city budget, public safety, economic development, homelessness, the future of the city’s school district and his overall vision for Manchester.

MAHLER’S RESURRECTION SYMPHONY

WHAT: The New Hampshire Philharmonic Orchestra is thrilled to announce a momentous collaboration with the talented soloists and choral groups from Plymouth State University and Keene State College. Together, they will deliver a transcendent performance of Gustav Mahler’s monumental Resurrection Symphony. This extraordinary event not only promises an evening of breathtaking music but also ties into Bradley Cooper’s portrayal of Leonard Bernstein conducting this same work in the recent release of Cooper’s film, “Maestro,” currently streaming on Netflix.

2024 NEW ENGLAND CRAFT BREW SUMMIT

WHAT: The New England Craft Brew Summit, the largest craft beer conference on the East Coast, will return to Portland, Maine. The theme of this year’s event will be “From Startup to Steady.” New England Craft Brew Summit will feature a range of presentations and panels and new for 2024, tabletop discussions. Topics will range from how to get your product in more grocery stores to employee wellbeing and new technologies in brewing. The conference is expected to draw more than 500 industry professionals from across the region.
