Financing for six multifamily housing developments in Concord, Hillsborough, Nashua and Rochester with a total of 341 units was approved in December by New Hampshire Housing. They are being funded through the allocation of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, along with other federal and state funding. The projects are: Pembroke Road Apartments (developed by Tamposi Brothers Holdings LLC/Brookline Opportunities LLC) and Sheep Davis Road (developed by CATCH Neighborhood Housing), both in Concord; Hillsborough Heights (developed by Avanru Development Group) in the town of Hillsborough; The Apartments at 249 Main Street-Phase I (developed by NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire) and Coliseum Seniors Residence III (developed by Housing Initiatives of New England Corp.), both in Nashua; and Apple Ridge Apartments Phase III (developed by McIntosh Development LLC), Rochester.
