The Gardens at The Factory, a yearround wedding and event venue at the Factory on Willow complex in Manchester, has been opened by the owners of the Gardens at Uncanoonuc Mountain in Goffstown.

The venue is housed in the recently renovated mixed-use Factory on Willow, a former mill building in the Queen City whose renovation has been the winner of several awards.

“I fell in love with the space the first time I saw it, and immediately started dreaming of how to transform it from workaday to magical,” said Alyssa Van Guilder, coowner of The Gardens at Uncanoonuc Mountain. “It really was love at first sight.”

Van Guilder said the Gathering Hall features exposed whitewashed brick, flowing draperies, a plant wall, a modern painted cement floor and can welcome up to 200 people.

She called it “a trendy warehouse setting with a touch of garden ambience.”

The new venue offers space for both large and small weddings as well as other celebrations and business parties, meetings and events.

“We’re excited to be opening a venue unlike any other southern NH has to offer,” said Van Guilder. “We believe in Manchester — that its vibrant community is flourishing and will embrace a new place to celebrate together.”
