WHAT: Kim Lamontagne, a state trainer with National Alliance on Mental Illness and a member of the Dartmouth Hitchcock Campaign to Combat Behavioral Health Stigma and Discrimination, works with organizational leaders to teach them how to create and
sustain a mentally healthy workplace culture by creating a “culture of
safety” in the workplace. She will explain how to take steps toward
addressing employees dealing with depression, anxiety and alcohol
misuse, while sharing her experience as a corporate professional who
suffered in silence.
