Jennifer Gullison, vice president of operations for Cornerstone Visiting Nurse Association, has been awarded the 2020 Home Care Service Award by the Home Care, Hospice and Palliative Care Alliance of New Hampshire, which is presented annually to an individual who has made a significant contribution to home health or hospice in the state through their work in education, research, advocacy or leadership. In addition, Julie Reynolds, CEO of Cornerstone VNA, has been named board president of the Home Care, Hospice and Palliative Care Alliance.
The New Hampshire Musculoskeletal Institute/Safe Sports has announced the promotion of Cassandra “Sandy” Snow to program director. She is a licensed athletic trainer in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and holds numerous additional certifications.
Concord Regional VNA has named Siobhan Doherty-Rogers a home care director. Doherty-Rogers, who has more than 20 years of healthcare experience, most recently was a clinical manager at HomeHealth Foundation in Lawrence, Mass.

Manchester-based Acapella Technologies is merging with Merrimack River Technologies, another Manchester firm, in a deal that Acapella’s owner says is the beginning of a fast-growing network of local IT services for businesses throughout southern New Hampshire.” Under the deal, the two companies will operate in one location under the Acapella name, and all Merrimack River employees will remain.
Akumina of Nashua, an employee experience software developer, has released Project BOND, which the company says delivers a social, collaborative and integrated adaptation to the concept of traditional intranet.
Jackson, Mich.-based American 1 Credit Union has begun deploying Portsmouthbased SilverCloud Inc.’s consumer support solution, which includes a chatbot to provide members with 24/7 automated self-service across all digital channels. The SilverCloud platform is designed specifically for financial institutions and includes support features and content that address the needs, processes and compliance requirements of credit unions, the company said.
Senet Inc., Portsmouth, a provider of cloudbased software and services platforms for internet of things connectivity and on-demand network build-outs, announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has issued Patent Number 10,735,521, entitled “IoT Network Controller/Server” and Patent Number 10,778,752 for LVN technologies entitled “System and Method for Low Power Wide Area Virtual Network for IoT.” Both patents protect the work Senet is doing to facilitate deployment of flexible and targeted Low Power Wide Area Network connectivity in support of the internet of things solutions market.

Makeout, a Brooklyn, N.Y.-based creative agency and production study with an office in Concord, has been ranked 18th on AdWeek’s list of the fastest-growing companies in the world.

St. Mary’s Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Damian Gunther to Manchester regional manager and vice president. Gunther, who joined the credit union in 2015, most recently served as branch sales and service manager at the bank’s Daniel Webster Highway branch in Manchester. St. Mary’s Bank also has announced that Becky Tetrault has been named commercial lending officer and Jake Powers has been named business services officer in the credit union’s commercial banking department. Tetrault joins the department as commercial lending officer.

SVN The Masiello Group has announced the sale of 13 Delta Drive, units 9 and 10, in Londonderry — a total of 7,200 square feet of high-bay industrial space. Chris Pascucci represented the seller L&L Realty in this transaction and also facilitated the seller. According to the registry of deeds, this property sold for $685,000.
Red Oak Apartment Homes has acquired 99 condominium units at Park View Hills Condominiums on Huse Road in Manchester, and it has begun renting the one-, two- and three-bedroom units starting at $1,349.
NONPROFIT
The Alice J. Reen Charitable Trust has made a two-year gift of $25,000 to Concord Hospital Trust’s Navigating Forward Fund, which provides help for out-of-pocket expenses for lowincome, uninsured and under-insured patients in Concord Hospital Medical Group practices. The New Hampshire Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals held a ceremonial groundbreaking at its location at 104 Portsmouth Ave. in Stratham to mark the start of 6,700 square feet of interior renovations, two additions to the existing structure, totaling approximately 4,900 square feet and the required site work and mechanical, electrical and plumbing requirements for a new 9,500-squarefoot riding arena and 3,000-square-foot horse barn. ARQ Architects of Kittery, Maine, is the architectural design firm on the project.
Savings Bank of Walpole has committed to once again support the Clarence DeMar Marathon & Half Marathon in Keene with a $10,000 sponsorship. The event, hosted by the Elm City Rotary, helps fund a number of community and international programs with a focus on youth.
Tanya Tellman of Whitefield has been honored as the Conservationist of the Year by the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests for her 30 years of volunteering at The Rocks and Bretzfelder Memorial Park, and for a lifetime of exemplary stewardship alongside her late husband Dave. She was presented with the award at the Forest Society’s 119th annual meeting, held virtually in September. US Cellular has donated several new technology devices to the Boys & Girls Club of Manchester to help club staff support their members. The devices include new computers and programs and a 3D printer, which will help the club offer a mix of in-person and virtual programming during the new school year and make it easier to communicate with kids, teachers and parents. The donation totaled $8,000 and is part of more than $100,000 in technology items that the company has donated to 13 clubs across the country.

Fran Lefavour, a longtime human resources consultant with The Leddy Group, has been named the recipient of this year’s Ry Perry HR Hero Award, which is presented to an HR professional. She was given the award during the virtual Granite State Human Resources Conference, held virtually in September.

Hanover-based Hypertherm, a manufacturer of industrial cutting systems and software, has won an Award of Excellence from Creative Workforce Solutions, which recognizes Hypertherm’s work in hiring and supporting individuals with disabilities or other significant employment barriers.

The Savard Welcome Center at Saint Anselm College, which features a meeting hall, pre-function lounge space to introduce prospective students to campus and offices, was dedicated Sept. 15. Dennis Mires The Architects designed the facility, which was built by Eckman Construction.
White Mountains Community College was recently ranked 20th out of 865 two-year colleges across the nation for best three-year graduation rates by the Chronicle of Higher Education. The data released by the U.S. Department of Education analyzed students who completed an associate degree or earned a certificate at the same institution within three years.

TFMoran has hired Jacob Pouliot as a structural engineer. Pouliot, a licensed professional engineer in New Hampshire, has eight years of experience in the structural design and inspection of commercial and residential projects in New Hampshire and neighboring states.
