St. Mary’s Bank is readying its newest branch in Nashua, the credit union’s 10th fullservice location. Construction is nearly complete on St. Mary’s Bank’s 10th branch, a full-service retail office in Nashua. The location — the credit union’s second full-service office in the Gate City — will be located on Northwest Boulevard, part of the Westside shopping plaza. A grand opening is scheduled for mid-October, said Ronald Covey, president and CEO of St. Mary’s. “With this new location, we can better serve our existing Nashua area members as well as expand our presence in a key market,” Covey said, adding that the office will feature “some of the latest retail banking technologies to offer members more flexibility in accessing their accounts and other banking services.” The new office will feature
four interactive teller machines, with two in the lobby and two — along
with a traditional ATM — at the drive-up. Through
the interactive video displays, representatives at the credit union’s
remote member contact center in Manchester will offer members live
assistance with transactions before, during and after normal branch
hours, Covey said. On-site staff will also be available to serve members
during regular hours. Manchester-based
