WHAT: The fourth annual D.C. Fly-In in Washington, D.C., gives business leaders access into the issues affecting the federal business community level. RISE: AN EVIDENCE-BASED STRESS RESILIENCE TRAINING FOR LEADERS

This workshop is for current and aspiring managers and leaders ready to embrace scientifically proven, mindfulness-rooted mind–body practices that strengthen a healthy presence at work.
