DURHAM: The University of New Hampshire’s College of Health and Human Services (CHHS) and RiverWoods Durham retirement community have expanded their partnership to increase clinical training and hands-on learning opportunities for students in nursing, occupational therapy, social work, health management and policy, and communication sciences and disorders. By engaging directly with older adults, university students gain practical experience that better prepares them for the health care workforce.

MANCHESTER: Stay Work Play New Hampshire recently partnered with Saint Anselm College to host a weekly, oncampus “pop-up office” every Thursday in Alumni Hall from April through September, designed to connect students with community resources, career pathways, internship support and connection to long-term opportunities in the state. In addition to one-on-one engagements, Stay Work Play will collaborate with campus partners on programming to deepen student engagement and visibility.

RYE: Benchmark at Rye, an assisted living and mind and memory care community, has opened a new 60,000-square-foot addition at its Route 1 campus, welcoming its first residents on May 1.
