WHAT: Connecting the military community with local veteran-friendly businesses. Use the skills you acquired in the service, and attend video chats with attending business representatives. Send resumes during the job fair, or follow up afterwards. NEW HAMPSHIRE CENTER FOR NONPROFITS CHARITABLE GAMING POLICY ROUNDUP

WHAT: Charitable gaming proceeds are an important revenue source for NH nonprofits. In 2025, nonprofits received $64 million from charitable gaming. As the industry and revenue grows, the Legislature has increased its activity, enacted laws and reviewed proposals that could alter the landscape for nonprofits. This interactive session will tackle NH’s unique model for charitable gaming, status of current legislation, issues discussed by the Charitable Gaming Commission and nonprofit engagement strategies. Tyler Clark of Main Street Strategic will speak.

ANNUAL FUNDRAISER AWARENESS EVENT FOR NEW HAMPSHIRE PROSTATE CANCER COALITION

WHAT: This tribute concert event, “From Broadway to the Big Screen with Jenene Caramielo,” will feature songs from iconic Broadway productions and classic films. The New Hampshire Prostate Cancer Coalition’s mission is to reduce prostate cancer deaths via awareness, education and early detection. Area businesses are invited to participate with event sponsorships, and the event and businesses are encouraged to purchase blocks of tickets to hand out to their employees as an appreciation benefit.

LIGHTNING PITCH EVENT SHOWS STRENGTH OF NEW HAMPSHIRE’S MEDTECH INNOVATORS

WHAT: The Medical Device Manufacturing cluster has the largest share of life sciences jobs in New Hampshire, according to a 2023 report. NH Life Sciences (NHLS) is partnering with MedTech Collaborative to hold a Lightning Pitch showcase to highlight the increasing strength and momentum of medical device innovation in New Hampshire. The format — two-minute pitch windows to selected companies — will give a rapid look at emerging ideas and offer valuable exposure.
