CONCORD: Volunteer NH, in partnership with AmeriCorps, has launched its 2026-28 State Service Plan, an initiative to address affordable housing, job skills training and access to mental health resources with national service and federal funding. MEREDITH: Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB) is again participating in the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston’s (FHLBank Boston) Jobs for New England program. The initiative allows MVSB to offer reduced-rate financing to help small businesses grow, create jobs and strengthen the communities the Bank serves.

BEDFORD: The Granite State is releasing a three-year strategic plan for strengthening educational access, workforce preparation and reentry outcomes across the New Hampshire correctional system. The Strategic Plan for Correctional Education and Vocational Programming is a practical road map created by the Corrections Education and Vocational Planning Group to assess and improve educational and vocational programs within New Hampshire’s state correctional system, published as an annual report and given to the governor and the Legislature.

CONCORD: The Concord Hospital Trust’s Healthy Beginnings Endowment has awarded nearly $80,000 in grants to seven nonprofit organizations dedicated to supporting young children and families across the Greater Concord region: Archways, Family Support Services; Back in the Saddle Equine Therapy Center, Project Connect; Concord School District, The Family Center; Family Promise of Greater Concord, Partners in Progress Diversion Program; Granite VNA, Baby’s First Homecoming; Grapevine Family and Community Resource Center; and White Birch Community Center.
