BOSTON: The New England Prison Education Collaborative (NEPEC), with support from Ascendium Education Group, announced a Request for Proposals for the inaugural round of accelerator grants. Five accelerator grants will be awarded to eligible higher education institutions located in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont to increase Pell-eligible prison education programming in their state. CORNISH: The Saint-Gaudens Memorial will be showcasing 2024 Saint-Gaudens Fellow Zenovia Toloudi’s exhibition, “Public Nests,” in the Picture Gallery at Saint-Gaudens National Historical Park. Toloudi attempts to evoke a sense of belonging and connection through the creation of architectural forms and shared spaces that invite viewers to sync with one another and with nature. The exhibition will be on view May 24 through August 4.

CONCORD: Future In Sight, a nonprofit that provides services to children, adults and elderly in New Hampshire who are blind and visually impaired, has so far raised over $50,000 as part of its annual Walk For Sight event, which is taking place on May 17.
