SEMINAR
BOIR HYBRID SOCIAL CONCORD
WHEN: Monday, Nov. 4, 5 – 7 p.m.
WHERE: Virtual, or in-person at Concord address sent upon registration
WHAT: Attention, New Hampshire business owners! As we approach the end of the year, it’s time to tackle an important task: completing the Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR) by the deadline of December 31, 2024, to avoid any penalties. With the holidays around the corner, we want to help you get this done without the last-minute stress. In simple terms, the BOIR is a report that requires many businesses in the U.S. to share information about who actually owns or controls them. This requirement comes from the Corporate Transparency Act, passed by Congress in 2021 to help prevent illegal financial activities. The goal is to make it harder for bad actors to hide behind anonymous companies.
COST: Free; registration required
