MANCHESTER: Millennium Agency has been awarded a Davey Gold Award in the Corporate Identity sector for its work on client Hoyle Tanner’s new brand design. Every year, the Davey Awards honor “creative Davids,” who defeat the “Goliaths” of their industry with big ideas. The new Hoyle Tanner brand design was successfully integrated into the brand identity kits, conference materials, website and collateral materials and has received widespread positive feedback.

LACONIA: Bank of New Hampshire’s Giving Tuesday matching campaign, powered by Givio’s Charitable Banking platform, raised $68,000 for 149 nonprofits. The original goal of a $20,000 match on donations made through BNH’s Online Banking was reached in less than 12 hours, prompting BNH to raise the match ceiling to $30,000. The new goal was quickly reached in less than 24 hours. Thanks to the generosity of BNH customers and the bank’s commitment to match up to $500 in donations per customer, $68,000 was raised through 215 donations during the campaign.

BETHLEHEM: After nearly a decade of stewardship by the Bedor family, the Adair Country Inn in Bethlehem is now owned by Mark and Brenda Johnson of Bethlehem, NH. Keegan Rice and Andy Smith of Badger Peabody & Smith Realty represented the Bedor’s in the sale of the property and assisted the Johnson family.

CONCORD: The NH Center for Nonprofits is now accepting fellow and mentor applications for the Hoffman-Haas Fellowship, NH’s premier nonprofit board leadership development program. The application deadline is January 19, 2024. Since 2014, the Hoffman-Haas Fellowship has provided a solid foundation of board essentials including governance, resource development, fiscal strategy and leadership through a combination of educational sessions with nationally recognized experts and cohort mentorship with trained mentors.

MANCHESTER: Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC sold the 38,000-square-foot multi-tenant building at 351 Chestnut Street, Manchester from 351 Chestnut Street LLC, Candia, NH to Lincoln Capital, Santa Monica, Calif. Mike Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC represented the seller, 351 Chestnut Street LLC, and assisted the buyer in this transaction. According to the Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $3,687,500.

PORTSMOUTH: Wellesley Asset Management Inc., a convertible bond investment advisory firm with about $2 billion in assets under management, announced the opening of a new office in Portsmouth. The Portsmouth office will be dedicated to supporting all aspects of Wellesley’s growing investment advisory business and serve as Wellesley’s principal office headquartering the firm’s executive, portfolio management and trading teams.
