Harbor Care Dental Services, a component of the Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center in downtown Nashua, was awarded a $10,000 grant by Northeast Delta Dental Foundation in support of dental services for low-income and homeless families.
Glenn and Tina Williams have opened a branch of American Family Care, a national provider of urgent care, accessible primary care and occupational medicine, in Hudson. The medical staff at AFC Hudson is treating patients at 3 Flagstone Drive.
Wentworth-Douglass Hospital was awarded an “A” grade by a nonprofit watchdog organization. The grade is based on performance measures reflecting errors, accidents, injuries and infections, as well as systems the hospital has in place to prevent harm. Details available at hospitalsafetygrade.org.
Rochester-based Cornerstone VNA’s hospice care program has achieved Level 5 status with the We Honor Veterans program. It is the highest recognition level that can be achieved. According to We Honor Veterans, Cornerstone is the only partner agency that has achieved Level 5 status in New Hampshire, Maine or Vermont.
ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT
The National Steering Committee of Small Business Environmental Assistance Programs and Small Business Ombudsmen recently recognized Nefab Packaging Northeast of Dover with the 2023 Small Business Environmental Stewardship Award and Andrea O’Brien for its Business Assistance Provider Leadership Award. Nefab was recognized for its accomplishments in the areas of improving environmental performance, pollution prevention and sustainability. O’Brien of the NH Small Business Development Center was recognized for leadership in the areas of improving environmental performance, pollution prevention and sustainability. Both winners were nominated by Sara Johnson, manager of the NH Department of Environmental Services’ Small Business Technical Assistance Program.
ReVision Energy has hired Lindsay Bourgoine as director of policy and government affairs. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies in state legislative and regulatory policy across the three states in which Revision has offices: Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She previously served as vice president of programs for the national nonprofit Protect Our Winters, and before that worked on conservation and recreation policy issues for the Appalachian Mountain Club in Maine and the Outdoor Industry Association in Colorado.

Guillermo Sepulveda has joined TFMoran as a civil project engineer in TFMoran’s Bedford office. Sepulveda, who graduated from the University of New Hampshire in May 2021, has experience in civil/site design, permitting, field testing, site surveying and inspection for residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Gary W. Pelletier, an independent financial advisor at Northeast Planning Associates in Nashua, has been recognized by Forbes as one of the 2023 Best-In-State Wealth Advisors — his sixth consecutive year on the list.
James Glover has been promoted to vice president, retail banking regional manager at Bank of New Hampshire. He has over 18 years of experience in the field, most recently as vice president and Laconia banking office manager for Bank of New Hampshire since 2018.
Mark Primeau of Laconia, former president and CEO of Bank of New Hampshire, has been named lead board member of Newburyport Bank’s board of directors. Primeau, who served at the helm of Bank of New Hampshire from 2008 to 2017, previously had a 19-year career at Eastern Bank and was named Community Banker of the Year by the NH Bankers Association.

Sanel NAPA, a family-run automotive and truck parts retailer and distributor, added new members to their team: Sandro Dakalovic, safety and loss prevention manager, and Sean McIntosh, talent acquisition specialist.
Merchants Fleet, a fleet management company, has hired Brad Burgess as the new senior vice president of fleet sales and strategic solutions. Previously, he served as vice president of commercial operations, marketing and global relationships at Element Fleet Management.
GOVERNMENT
Megan Hoskins of Manchester has been confirmed by the Executive Council as the new assistant director of the NH Department of Safety’s Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
Hoskins previously was assistant chief of the division’s Preparedness and Response Section.
CONSTRUCTION
Jewett Construction has announced the promotion of Nate Weeks and Jon Warner to new positions in the company.
Weeks will be taking on the role of director of estimating, and Jon Warner will be stepping into the position of project executive. Weeks has been with Jewett for six years and began his career in March 2017 as a preconstruction assistant.
Warner began his career with the company in June 2013 as a construction intern.

Derek D. Lick and Kelly L. Ovitt Puc have joined the Concord-based firm of Orr & Reno, both as shareholders. Lick has more than 20 years experience as a litigator, representing clients in a variety of complex legal matters, including business, real estate, construction, property tax disputes, and suits involving personal injury and product liability claims. Ovitt Puc concentrates her practice on real estate transactions, commercial financing, hospitality transactions, general business representation and creditordebtor relations.
Attorneys Gena Lavallee and Philip L. Tizzano have joined the law firm of McLane Middleton. Lavallee, of counsel in the firm’s Corporate Department, works with clients in a number of different industries on M&A transactions, corporate governance and formation matters, among other services. Tizzano, a trust and estates attorney, focuses his practice on all aspects of estate planning and administration. The firm also announced that Laura Dodge, a corporate attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group, has been admitted to the Maine State Bar.

The sale of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Manchester-Airport on S. Porter Street in Manchester has been acquired by Manchester Hospitality. CBRE’s Dave McElroy and Scott Hutchinson of CBRE Hotel Brokerage and Investment Sales represented the seller, the Singer family of Manchester, in the transaction.
Homeowners in Newfound Acres Mobile Home Park recently purchased their 21-unit park, making it New Hampshire’s 146th resident-owned manufactured-home community, or ROC. With training and technical assistance from the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund’s ROC-NH program, residents organized and formed Newfound Acres Cooperative last November after being notified that park owners Gary Watts and Glenn Raiche had received an offer to sell. The cooperative matched the offer and bought the community for $945,000 with financing from the Community Loan Fund.
Jesse Hepler and Brian Dano of SVN|The Masiello Group have each earned their CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations. To earn the designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than 160 hours of case-study-driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis and ethics in commercial investment real estate.

CATCH Neighborhood Housing, Concord, has added three new members to its board of directors: Chris Nadeau, director of commercial services at The Nobis Group, Concord; Julie Palmeri executive director of Concord Housing + Redevelopment, who previously served as chief operating officer of The Severn Companies; and Todd Watson, vice president of commercial lending at Franklin Savings Bank, who has served on CATCH’s Finance Committee for over four years.
The John Hay Estate at The Fells in Newbury has named Paige Kingsley Law as its new executive director, succeeding Susan Warren who served in the role for nine years. Kingsley Law’s career spans 25 years at organizations such as the Duprey Companies and the League of NH Craftsmen.
Spaulding Academy & Family Services has launched its Permanency Team, comprised of Cheryl Consoletti and Ashley Fenimore, who will work together to support children starting from admission to six months after discharge. Afterwards, the team will serve as a liaison to bridge services from campus to the child’s home community.
The M&T Charitable Foundation, the philanthropic arm of M&T Bank, has awarded Amplify Fund grants totaling $150,000 to two New Hampshire nonprofits focused on environmental justice. The Amplify Fund is a $25 million philanthropic investment as part of the merger between People’s United Bank and M&T Bank. Awarded the grants were the Harris Center for Conservation Education and the NE Grassroots Environment Fund.
Meredith Village Savings Bank has purchased a $7,000 tax credit through the Community Development Finance Authority in support of Farmsteads of New England’s Redberry Farm Supportive Housing Project in Epping, which seeks to create housing for 27 individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
The American Heart Association’s New Hampshire Heart Walk will be held beginning at 10 a.m. June 4 at Manchester’s Livingston Park. This year’s event will be hosted by WMUR’s Erin Fehlau and 96.5 The Mill’s Laura Stelchook. Dan Cronin, founder and president at CGI Business Solutions, is 2023 New Hampshire Heart Walk chair and has set a goal to raise $130,000 through corporate donations and walk teams.
Manchester Dev. Corp. board elects new team
Amy Chhom of Manchester has been unanimously elected to serve as chair of the Manchester Development Corp. board. Chhom, currently vice president of ROC USA, a nonprofit that supports resident-owned manufactured housing communities, has long been involved in real estate development in the Queen City.
Other new board officers elected were Roland Martin, president of Cornerstone PDC, vice chair; Steve Scheiner of St. Mary’s Bank, treasurer; and Maria Mongan, a nonprofit leader and former Verizon executive, secretary.
