DEI FROM TALK TO ACTION: BUILDING A HIGH-PERFORMANCE, INCLUSIVE CULTURE

WHAT: Join NH Business Review for the next event its diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) series. This session will build on material covered in prior sessions, allowing past attendees to take their understanding of DEI issues in the workplace to the next level, while remaining accessible to newcomers. The three-part program will feature a keynote presentation from Christa Kirby covering “Emotional Intelligence: The Bedrock of Inclusion.” Then, participants will dive into guided table discussions, exploring DEI challenges and successes they’ve encountered in their own workplaces and lives.

THE COMMUNITY KITCHEN’S LOCAL HARVEST CELEBRATION

WHAT: This event will bring members of the community together to enjoy delicious, locally sourced appetizers, honoring local food from farmers to chefs along with local wine and beer. WHAT: Each year, the Concord Multicultural Festival features a full lineup of performances, food vendors, craft vendors, artists and activities that represent the many cultures from around the world, presented by folks who live and work locally. BOYS & GIRLS CLUB BILL FLYNN GOLF CLASSIC

WHEN: Monday, Sept. 19, 6:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.

WHERE: Windham Country Club, 1 Country Club Rd., Windham

WHAT: The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem Golf Classic is one of the longest running tournaments in the Merrimack Valley, raising money to support the nonprofit’s mission of providing a safe and affordable place for local kids and teens. The event includes silent auctions and raffles with breakfast and dinner included, as well as complimentary snacks and refreshments throughout the day.
