NH Business Review’s NextGen New Hampshire will explore the next generation of business culture as well as the challenges that the younger workforce is experiencing on their career pathways. Hear from New Hampshire leaders as they discuss how the emerging workforce is navigating societal challenges, including mental health and social justice, which traditional business practices often don’t address. Our panelists will dive into these topics and more, sharing inspiration behind their definition of success and showcasing how companies can use their brand to elevate their employees’ voices.

Under her leadership, City Year New Hampshire has more than tripled its service capacity and developed a widely recognized culture of idealism. The organization consistently provides high-quality service to kids and communities as reflected in numerous awards including 10 Best of City Year Awards (City Year National’s highest recognition) and the Charitable Foundation’s Dunfey Award for Excellence in Nonprofit Management.

Pawn serves on the boards of Reaching Higher New Hampshire and Manchester Proud. She is a member of the Governor’s Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Council.

Topic: Upsetting the status quo and offering a sense of purpose

Dan is a clean energy advocate and entrepreneur on a mission to transition New England from fossil fuels to renewable energy. As vice president of business development at ReVision Energy, Dan leads commercial sales, project finance and development for the region’s largest clean energy company while promoting climate action at the state and federal level. A 12th-generation Granite Stater, Dan left New Hampshire after high school to serve with AmeriCorps and attend Yale and Oxford on scholarships. He was fortunate to live and work on four continents before returning to Nashua to start a family. Dan and his wife have three young kids and enjoy reading, cycling and playing music in their church band.

Ryan and his team believe technology and business can be powerful forces for good and have built the company on this philosophy. Ryan is a husband, father of three, insatiable reader and seeker of meaning.



Talesha Saint-Marc
Shareholder, Bernstein Shur

Topic: Meeting the needs of the holistic employee

Talesha is a shareholder in Bernstein Shur’s Labor & Employment and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Groups and provides thoughtful and practical advice and counsel to employers regarding all aspects of employment law, including the FLSA, FMLA and ADA compliance, and Title VII and state human rights claims.

Talesha is a graduate of Franklin Pierce University and Northeastern University School of Law. Additionally, Talesha serves as the secretary of the Rivier University Board of Trustees. She is also a dedicated member of her church, where she serves as the president of a scholarship fund, which offers financial assistance to local high school graduates. At home, Talesha enjoys experimenting in her “test” kitchen, getting lost in a book or enjoying quality time with her family.
