These topics and more will be discussed during this event, hosted by Laura Knoy of NHPR. This three-part program will feature an opening overview from James McKim, managing partner at Organizational Ignition and author of the new book, “The Diversity Factor: Igniting Superior Organizational Performance.” Then, a panel of consultants specializing in DEI and moderated by Lisa Carter, owner of Drinkwater Marketing, will dive into a broad overview of the field as seen across their many clients in New Hampshire and beyond. Finally, a panel of DEI officers from New Hampshire companies, moderated by Zaineb Haider, Senior Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisor at Cigna, will share their practical experiences in leading their companies’ DEI efforts.

ANNUAL LEGISLATIVE DINNER

WHAT: The Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce and Fidelity present the Annual Legislative Dinner, which brings together leaders of the business community and elected officials to help form productive relationships that will enhance the legislature’s ability to enact sound policies. The program will feature a moderated panel discussion between members of the House and Senate. Each legislator will have the opportunity to give brief remarks followed by a panel discussion on the key policy issues in front of the Legislature this year. Attendees will be able to submit or ask questions of the panel at the event. The dinner also gives attendees the opportunity to become more familiar with the Chamber’s priorities in the area of government affairs and advocating for our member businesses.
