DREIDEL WORKSHOP FOR KIDS

WHAT: Ideal for ages three to eight, Dartmouth’s Hop Woodshop Director Greg Elder and assistant woodworking instructor Janet Collins will show how to assemble and paint your own dreidel with the four Hebrew letters: Nun, Gimel, Hey and Shin. Together, these letters represent the Hebrew phrase “Nes Gadol Hayah Sham — a great miracle happened there.” After the paint dries, the dreidel will be ready to spin! The workshop will take place over two sessions.
