Company Profit/Loss: Net earnings for the same fiscal year as the executive pay.

2-Year Pay Change and 2-Year Revenue Change: The change in CEO pay and revenue from two years previous. Companies that were not publicly traded then receive “N/A.”
Ratio: The company’s disclosed ratio between the CEO pay and the median employee. Smaller and newer companies are exempt.
Pay Cut: A “Y” indicates that CEO took a cut in compensation, usually in base salary, because of the pandemic. Blank fields indicate the CEO either didn’t take such a cut or didn’t disclose it in public filings.
